Purchases

By placing an order through Se Luz Healing, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment authorization.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before your order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

Subscription purchases

If you have selected a subscription, your payment will be processed according to the frequency selected at checkout. You may cancel your subscription before your next scheduled renewal.

Once a recurring order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel that shipment.

Changes to an order

If you need to change your shipping address or make another adjustment to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once your order has entered processing.
