Loose Leaf Guayusa Tea
Guayusa Tea – Sacred Energy & Ancestral Clarity
Sourced from the Ecuadorian Amazon, Guayusa is a sacred leaf revered by the Kichwa people and traditionally shared at dawn. In these early morning gatherings, women, elders, and families sip Guayusa together—listening to dreams, singing songs, and sharing stories. It is a plant of connection, clarity, and presence.
Naturally caffeinated, Guayusa offers the energy of coffee without the crash, thanks to its unique synergy of natural caffeine, theobromine, and L-theanine. This balance provides smooth, sustained energy while calming the nervous system, sharpening mental focus, and supporting adrenal health.
Guayusa is exceptionally rich in antioxidants—nearly 50% more than green tea—and contains chlorogenic acids, powerful compounds that reduce inflammation, support blood sugar stability, and help regulate cortisol. By calming the stress response and stabilizing blood sugar, Guayusa supports the entire hormone system, creating the foundation for balanced cycles, improved mood, and steady energy.
Its high antioxidant content also helps reduce excess prostaglandins, inflammatory compounds associated with menstrual cramps and discomfort. By lowering inflammation and supporting circulation, Guayusa gently eases cramping and supports a smoother, more regulated cycle.
Smooth, earthy, and slightly sweet, Guayusa supports:
-
Sustained mental focus and cognitive clarity
-
Relief from menstrual cramps and hormonal balance
-
Adrenal nourishment
-
Gentle gut, immune, kidney, and prostate support
-
Blood sugar regulation and anti-inflammatory balance
-
Grounded stamina and endurance
For women, Guayusa offers cycle support, cramp relief, and hormonal steadiness. For men, it provides clean energy, endurance, and mental clarity. A daily ritual rooted in ancestral wisdom designed to support modern bodies with grace and balance.
