We are not separate from nature. We are part of it.
Join us for a special introductory gathering to experience Roots & Rhythms, a four-week journey created by Se Luz Healing x NUA Universal to help women reconnect with their bodies, nervous systems, and the natural rhythms that support their wellbeing.
This donation-based session offers a taste of what we will explore together throughout the full experience. In one gathering, we will move through the three pillars of Roots & Rhythms:
GATHER
Come into community. Share, listen, learn, and explore the wisdom of our bodies and feminine rhythms through open conversation and teachings rooted in ancestral wisdom and modern science.
EMBODY
Move beyond understanding and into feeling. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and nervous-system practices, we create space to experience the body as a source of wisdom.
INTEGRATE
Reflect on what has been opened and discovered, and begin weaving these practices into your everyday life.
The session is designed as a safe and welcoming space for women to ask questions, share experiences, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that can become quiet beneath the demands of everyday life.

For those who would like to experience the rituals alongside the session, a limited sample pack is available for the cost of shipping. It includes samples of the Se Luz Healing teas and a Time Within essential oil tester postcard used throughout the experience.
