Processing Times
All orders are lovingly packed and shipped within 2–4 business days. During launches or restocks, processing times may be slightly longer, but we promise to keep you supported and informed every step of the way.
Shipping Rates & Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey to you.
Delays & Carrier Issues
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, shipping timelines may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or holidays. While these circumstances are out of our control, we’re always here to help guide you if something feels off with your tracking.
Order Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you need to update an address, contact us as soon as possible, once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you can’t find it, we encourage you to check with neighbors, your building, or your local carrier office.
