Se Luz: Born from a Journey of Remembrance
Se Luz, meaning “Be the Light” was born from a personal journey of remembrance, healing, and coming home.
After coming off birth control, our founder Nicole moved to Namibia, seeking to heal her hormones naturally. What began as a physical reset became a spiritual awakening, one that led her back to the wisdom of the womb as the true source of balance, intuition, and feminine power.
Years later, her path guided her home to Ecuador’s Amazon, where she studied midwifery and natural gynecology with the Kichwa women of Amupakin, ancestral healers and womb keepers. There, she learned that true wellness lives at the intersection of body and spirit. The Kichwa treat women’s health through nature, using plants like cacao and guayusa for circulation, hormonal balance, and energy, but they also understand that disease begins as an energetic imbalance, a disconnection from self and Earth.
That wisdom became the foundation of Se Luz: a return to cyclical living, to slowing down, softening, and remembering our natural rhythm.
